As requested, CGIN has created a section to help facilitate the sharing of rooms and other CCMA related announcements. Here are some tips on using the board:
1) Include your contact information in the posting. This is how others will contact you regarding your request.
2) Include important information in your posting such as nights available, if reservations have been made, hotel, smoking, gender, etc.
3) When your room request has been fulfilled, send a message to the “CGIN office”mailto:admin@cgin.coop with the title of your posting in the subject line. Your posting will then be deleted. This will ensure that the notice board only contains current and available room requests.
4) Please note that anything posted here is viewable by the public.
5) Any offensive postings will be deleted by the site administrator.
