Deli Recipe Exchange

What is the deli recipe exchange?
Simply put, the deli recipe exchange is a way to help co-ops exchange their best recipes. We welcome use of the deli recipe exchange by any CGIN member co-op — those starting a new deli as well as those with successful delis.

How does the deli recipe exchange work?
CGIN members contribute recipes that are then posted on these pages. All recipes are classified and indexed by type of item. All deli recipes are available to be printed or downloaded for free by CGIN members. However, CGIN members have agreed not to share items retrieved from CGIN with other organizations or individuals. Recipes obtained from the CGIN deli recipe exchange may not be published or given to anyone else without the permission of the contributing organization.

How can we use deli recipes?
CGIN members are welcome to use the recipes available through this exchange in their own delis. However, to maintain the value of the CGIN database and to keep the deli recipe exchange simple, members are not allowed to publish recipes obtained from the deli recipe exchange without the specific permission of the contributing organization. See how to contact deli recipe contributors for names and contact information from each contributing deli recipe contributor.
